I have used the services of J MAC IT & Office Solutions for the past year. They helped us undertake a number of IT projects including set up of I.P. Phone, move email to Microsoft Office 365, transfer all emails to Office 365, update all Hardware with Office 2016, and regular Preventative Checks on all I.T equipment. In all our dealings, I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to other schools.

We needed a phone system that saved us a lot of work and money as well as preventing customer confusion. We had a look at our old provider bills and we had been paying north of €650 per month, for services we haven’t been using for years (even paying for ISDN lines) with our old line-based system. Since installing the new BlueFace Cloud UCaaS system, we now have a fully transparent system for almost half the price, and we are only scratching the surface with its capabilities. Being able to reach patients from my mobile via the Softphone App linked to my deskphone has offered amazing flexibility. Detailed call data, such as incoming attempted calls vs. missed calls, allowed us to make a data-driven staff hire – a receptionist – to help manage high call volume periods – particularly for winter.
